General Disclaimers:

You can leave your garage open for our Bin Experts to retrieve bins, but our Bin Experts will not enter any closed shed or garage. Only bins will be retrieved from open garages and you must provide us with this request beforehand at sign up or email requests to thecleanercityproject@gmail.com
Our bin experts can, with request from the home owner, grab bins from backyards or within fences.
Our Bin experts WILL NOT enter backyards with "beware of dog" signs or other threatening signs, even if a request is made.
Our Bin Experts WILL NOT enter your yard if there is an animal present, even if a request is made.
If our Bin Expert arrives at your house to collect or return your bin and there is an animal present, the bins/items are not in an accessible location such as a closed garage, or any other reason our Bin Experts could not obtain or return your bin, you will be notified and no refund will be given.
If a service is missed for any reason and The Cleaner City Project is responsible at our own discretion, you will be notified and a refund will be issued for that week, equal to 1/4th the value of the package you selected.
The Cleaner City project is not responsible for any bin damage.

Body Camera Disclosure

At all times of service, any employee of The Cleaner City Project will be equipped with a body camera. This ensures saftey and accountability for both the homeowner and The Cleaner City Project.
At any time within 30 days of the date of service, the homeowner may email The Cleaner City Project to request footage of their home with reason.
The request must include: reason for request, date of service being requested, date the request is made, full name, full address and mobile phone number.
Footage is stored for 30 days. After 30 days, the footage is deleted and no request can be made.
The Cleaner City Project will respond to a footage request within 10 days.
The Cleaner City Project reserves the right to deny footage requests for any reason.
The Cleaner City Project will only use footage captured by body cameras of The Cleaner City Project for: Verification of service, dispute resolution, and to be provided to law enforcement when required by law.

Disclosures Relating to Extras

Misc. Items:

Misc. Items will not be taken if not properly and clearly marked.
It is up to the discretion of The Cleaner City Project if a misc. item is marked appropriately.
If a misc. item is not attempted for any reason, a refund will be issued or a makeup service will be attempted.
If a misc. item was attempted, but could not be taken to the curb due to weight/size/driveway conditions etc., a refund will not be issued.
Items not able to be moved to the curb by one person (eg. sofa, large desk, overly heavy or bulky items,) may still be requested at $39.99 per item and must be made 8 days in advance.
The Cleaner City Project reserves the right to deny any request at any time for any reason, regardless of plan.

Vacation Checks:

It is up to the discretion of The Cleaner City Project to report "unusual," activity at a home.
By requesting a vacation check from The Cleaner City Project you are authorizing The Cleaner City Project to access and retrieve mail from your mailbox and pakages from your doorstep or other locations.
You must provide a designated spot for mail and parcels to be placed. The Cleaner City Project will not store mail or parcels outside of the property.
The Cleaner City Project is not responsible for damages to any parcel, mail, or locations designated for storage.

Bin Sanitation:

The Cleaner City Project cannot guarantee 99.99% of germs are killed at every sanitation
The Cleaner City Project cannot guarantee deodorizing spray will eliminate all odors.

Bin Cleaning:

The Cleaner City project cannot guarantee bins to be "spotless."

Feel free to contact us with your name and address if there is a specific item you do or do not want taken out, or if you have any special requests for that week. Our Bin Experts can be asked to "Grab the old orange wheelbarrow on the right side of the house," but they CANNOT be asked "Grab the old orange wheelbarrow that is inside my garage/shed."
