Definitions and Extras:
Bins:
Bins refer to either a waste or recycling bin that will be taken to the curb and returned every pickup day.
Eg. A service package has 6 Bins, this may be 6 trash bins or 3 trash bins and 3 recycle bins.
Bin Sanitation:
A bin sanitation is a wipe down of the exterior lid and handles of the bin, ensuring 99.99% of germs are killed. The Cleaner City Project also will spray deodorizing spray inside bins to help deter foul smells.
This service is included in select plans
Bin Cleaning:
A bin clean differs from a sanitation, as it is a full spray and clean of the bin to ensure the bin is as clean as possible.
This service is included in select plans or may be added or extended for $19.99 per Bin.
Vacation Check:
The Cleaner City Project provides vacation checks as a basic security measure for homeowners. This service includes:
Inspecting your mailbox for overflow
Relocating delivered packages to a secure, designated area
Monitoring the property’s exterior to prevent a vacant appearanceNotifying the homeowner of suspicious conditions (e.g., broken windows, open doors, unsecured garages)
This service is included in select plans and can be added or extended for $7.99/week.
Note: To be put into effect at anytime requires signature.
Misc. Items:
The Cleaner City Project offers curbside assistance for miscellaneous items not classified as bins. To qualify, items must be movable by a single person with a dolly. Customers are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice and must mark each item with the supplied red tape for identification. Items that are unmarked or ambiguous will not be collected.
This service is included in select plans or may be added for $19.99 per item.

Our mission as a business is to relieve our customers of a common inconvenience. Many people have incredibly busy lives, and with the City of West Plains' new automated trash can system and bin rules, citizens of West Plains have to stress more than ever about being present to have bins at the curb and returned on time.
Our mission as community members aims to ensure we keep our public places clean and attractive, that's why we put 5% or more of our profits toward projects pursuing this goal.
